rafael Posted October 27, 2012 Share Posted October 27, 2012 (edited) Tłoki są skalowane co 0,01 więc tej końcówki nie bierz pod uwag. Skoro piszesz że cylinder ma 63,98 a tłok 63,96 to jakie to 0,04mm luzu jest. Wychodzi 0,02mm a to zadecydowanie za mało. Na takim luzie po rozgrzaniu by się zatrzymał silnik. Pt77 Posted October 28, 2012 Share Posted October 28, 2012 podany przez Ciebie objaw to nie przyczyna ciasnego pasowania. Wez kalkulator odejmij wymiar tloka od wymiaru cylindra i wyjdzie pasowanie. Niektorzy pasują nikasil na 0,04 ale trzeba uwazac zeby nie zatrzec przy docieraniu. +/- 0,01 to nie tragedia ale poprawnie 0,05-0,06 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
